Adults Directions for Use

Infuse 1 teaspoon (2 g) in 250 ml boiling water for 10-15 minutes; 3 times daily.

*Dandelion Leaf (Taraxacum officinalis), *Chickweed (Stellaria media), *Clivers (Galium aparine), *Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), *Nettle (Urtica dioica), *Oat Straw (Avena sativa), *Peppermint (Mentha piperita).
