Traditionally used in Western Herbalism to fight off and alleviate symptoms of colds, influenza and upper respiratory tract infections.

Adults Directions for Use

Infuse 1 teaspoon (2 g) in 250 ml boiling water for 10-15 minutes; 3 times daily.
For use beyond 8 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.

*Echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia), *Plantain (Plantago lanceolata), *Boneset (Eupatorium perfoliatum), *Elder (Sambucus nigra), *Yarrow (Achillea millefolium), *Peppermint (Mentha piperita), *Horehound (Marrubium vulgare).

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if taking immunosuppressants, cancer or warfarin therapy, have auto-immune disease or progressive systemic disease, gallbladder or bile-duct obstruction, gallstones, hiatal hernia, acid reflux or epilepsy. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding, allergic to Yarrow or other Asteracea/Compositae family, or if have salicylate sensitivity or salicylate-induced asthma.
